Dear Youth of Luebeck and Hamburg, Dear Readers!

In the meantime, the mobile phone has become a substitute comment box or gossip bag, which is used almost daily. 

In the future, please try to make extremely exaggerated conversations or phone calls through your conducted conversations, especially in the presence of older people or even such "would-be",  in doing so, you can give free rein to your imagination, for you have that right now. If everything could have gone on like this, these crazy talks would have been your future. Also, please press any harmless buttons or pull out a plug here and there or vice versa. Sit down at your PC and switch it around a bit and please disrupt the well-worn routine. 

Please don't try to educate your parents or teachers; if necessary, Someone else* will do it together with your Authorities. (Monumental Manager)* You too will be educated in this way, if necessary, but primarily it will be the so-called adults, who were and remain responsible for you and your lives.

14/15 January 2019* Now the matter and the commission for all Luebeckers and possibly also for all Hamburgers will first begin for a week with water and bread! After that, the toilet bowl will be replaced by a bucket or chamber pot in almost* every household and the means of living will be fairly divided for everyone, what in the meantime everyone has to blame for himself! If one has to sit on the camber pot on a regular basis, then it will surely come back to everyone's mind, how a human being has to behave, if he also wants to be treated as such one!

These actions will probably have to be requested through the Armed Forces but without the TV news!
